Terms and Conditions

Please allow for up to 5 weeks for bespoke items to be delivered. We will be in contact with you either by phone or by email to notify you before we ship your order.

Each of our items are sent via recorded delivery within the UK. Delivery is also free of charge (within the UK).

Delivery costs for the rest of the world will vary due to weight and destination.

Due to hygienic reasons we cannot do an exchange or issue a credit note on our knickers or pearl thongs.

We do not issue refunds on any of our items. However we will happily exchange any unwanted items or issue you with a credit note that is without an expiry date and can be used towards future purchases.

We kindly ask that you return all unwanted items via recorded delivery or request proof of delivery at your local post office. Tallulah will not be held responsible for parcels that may go missing.

We do not refund postage for items that are sent back for exchange unless there may be a fault on our behalf.

All of our items come beautifully gift wrapped in tissue paper and satin bows, the bridal sets are presented in a gift box with a Tallulah feather.

Please allow for 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Rest of the World) for exchanges or credit notes to be sent out to you.

CARE: Tallulah recommends gently hand washing all items in warm water as all of our pieces are very delicate.
